"Well this is a difficult one for me to write as it was such a good experience for me/us that it seems a shame to write a short review, but here goes:
I had been in discussion with the agency months ago when looking to replace my home and auto insurance. Yes there were s ome problems but Kelly Houston certainly helped get me through them one at a time and she even worked behind the scenes reporting back when she needed information.
The end result was that Kellys hard and thorough work paid off as she was able to accomplish the movement of both policies-which, prior to The Giagni agency was not possible!
She certainly is a worker who both does not give up but also wanted to to a good thorough job!
I now am a State Farm Customer and would nor be without Kelly's work and demeanor.
She certainly is an extraordinary worker and one I will hire in my next life when I open my agency.

She told me many ways to save on both policies. In the end I saved over $2300 per year by switching to State Farm. "Madison was the one who helped me on a phone call. I had a policy cancel with progressive over delivering food and she hooked me right up with it all within 30 minutes. All switched over, all insured, safe from penalty, and safely able to keep doing my job. No notes here absolute 10/10"

"I honestly never expected that meeting someone at the fair would end up having such a huge impact on my life, but meeting Lindsey Giagni turned out to be one of those moments that I will never forget. What started as a simple meeting at the fair became something so much bigger, because Lindsey ended up helping me with some of the most important things in my life: my life insurance, my house insurance, and my car insurance. It is honestly crazy to think that one random day at the fair could lead to me meeting someone who would provide me with protection and coverage for so many major parts of my life. Lindsey didn’t just help me get insurance; she helped give me peace of mind knowing that the things I care about and depend on are protected. My life is important, my house is important, and my car is important, and Lindsey Giagni was there to help me make sure that all of them were covered. From the moment I met her, I could tell that she was someone who knew what she was doing and genuinely wanted to help. She made something that can normally feel confusing, stressful, and overwhelming into something much easier to understand. Insurance is one of those things that you hope you never need to use, but you want to know is there when something unexpected happens, and because of Lindsey, I have that reassurance. My house is a huge part of my life because it is where I live, relax, make memories, and feel safe, and knowing that I have house insurance gives me confidence that I have protection for something so valuable. My car is something I rely on constantly to get where I need to go, and having car insurance means that I can drive with greater peace of mind knowing that I have coverage behind me. And of course, life insurance is something that represents an even bigger level of preparation and protection for the future. The fact that Lindsey was able to provide me with all three—life, house, and car insurance—shows just how important she has become in helping me get my life organized and protected. I will always remember that this all started when I met Lindsey Giagni at the fair, because I had absolutely no idea at the time that such a simple meeting would turn into something that would affect so many important areas of my life. Sometimes you meet people in completely unexpected places, and they end up helping you in ways you never could have predicted, and that is exactly what happened with Lindsey. I am incredibly grateful that our paths crossed that day. She helped me take care of some of the biggest responsibilities that come with being an adult, and she gave me the opportunity to feel more secure about my future and the things I have worked for. Lindsey Giagni will always be the person I remember meeting at the fair who ended up helping protect my life, my home, and my car, and I truly appreciate everything she has done for me.
